The Galleria Customer Service Desk can be found on level one, in the Food Court, next to Greater Union.

The Customer Service Desk opening hours are:

Monday - Wednesday & Friday: 9am - 5:30pm

Thursday: 9am - 9pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Sunday: 11am - 5pm

Public Holidays: 11am - 5pm

Note, the Customer Service Desk is closed on Christmas Day and Anzac Day.

Non profit organisations are welcome to promote their cause or a specific event by placing information on our Community Notice Board which is located on level one by the Food Court. There are guidelines in regards to the type of sign/flyer you are permitted to display.

As part of our ongoing support of local non profit community groups we also offer the use of space in our mall to promote your group. You could book one of our Community Sites to raise funds by selling raffle tickets, to increase awareness of your group via a static display or sell approved products to customers.
