Peanut Butter Blast Smoothie Bomb Recipe

Ingredients

Bombs

  • 3 large bananas, peeled and sliced -Morley Fresh
  • 30g unsweetened cocoa powder- Woolworths, Aldi or Coles
  • 270g Greek natural yogurt - Woolworths, Aldi or Coles
  • 90g smooth peanut butter - Woolworths, Aldi or Coles
  • 150g quick oats - Woolworths, Aldi or Coles
  • Enough milk of choice to loosen the mix enough to blitz. Start with 1 cup and go up from there.- Woolworths, Aldi or Coles

To prepare smoothies

  • Two frozen smoothie cubes.
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • Add honey, maple syrup, or agave to taste - Woolworths, Aldi or Coles

Method

Smoothie Bombs

Add all ingredients to a large blender jug and blend to a smooth finish.

Pour evenly across your ice block moulds.

Freeze until solid. Three to seven hours.

To prepare

Blend two frozen smoothie cubes with ¾ cup milk of choice.

Sweeten to taste and enjoy!

Cook’s Notes

Blend 1 cup strawberries and 2 Tbsp chia, then freeze in small ice cubes.

Add these and the Peanut and Banana Bombs to milk for a peanut butter and jam smoothie.
